If products need assembled, BRI has the personnel, equipment, and experience to do it. Some operations, such as hand assembly, ultrasonic welding, and basic packaging, are carried out beside the injection molding press. Other more specialized services are performed in our dedicated assembly area. Whether you need twenty thousand assemblies of one product or build-to-order batches of a few hundred, BRI will set up an efficient and economical process. As needed, BRI conducts functional testing to confirm performance and specification. Completed units can be bulk-packed for shipment to a warehouse or placed in the final point-of-sale packaging.
